I decided, from a young age, that my passion was gastronomy because my greatest satisfaction is making people happy through my cooking. I would define my style as a confluence of styles and flavors, coming from other places, on a solid base in which traditional Basque cuisine takes on an essential role. I am the fruit of the union between a Biscayan and a Cantabrian, the heir of an extensive family spread across different corners of the world. I represent what I have learned from all of them, the Basque, Aragonese, Andalusian, Cantabrian and Argentine customs. In short, I am combination, tradition and evolution.
